on hold

The new email is on hold. Apparently the people we talked to at ATT didn't talk to another department at ATT and our DSL order keeps getting cancelled. One group of people keep telling us that we are within range and can have DSL, and then two days later someone from another department calls and says the order is cancelled because we are too far. We should get it straightened out soon, I hope.
